For a while, it seemed they cancelled winter. January 2006 was so unseasonably warm. Today, we have a reminder as the snow blanketed the East Coast.

Snow has a magical affect on people. At least for a day, snow puts smiles on our faces; we forget work and school -- and it is OK.
