100-year-old Pianist at Carnegie Hall

I came across a Japanese TV documentary clip on Mieczyslaw Horszowski, who was one of my piano teachers at The Curtis Institute of Music. This tiny man was a musical giant.

• Horszowski studied with Theodor Leschetizky who was a student of Carl Czerny who was a student of Ludwig van Beethoven
• Carnegie Hall debut in 1906
• Last Carnegie Hall recital in 1990
